Rebekah Kosonen Bide

Rebekah Kosonen Bide is an artist working across sculpture and material research.

Her wearable pieces are made in hallmarked precious metals, using lost-wax casting, electroforming, life-casting and traditional metalsmithing. She is interested in how metal records the trace of bodies and environments, and in the cast object as a form of partial transmission, holding what has passed without claiming to preserve it. Born in Boorloo/Perth, she lives and produces works in London.
