SHIPPING

We send packages via Royal Mail 1st class tracked. We will send item within 3 days of the order. Shipping price is added in the cart dependent on weight. 

Estimated delivery times:

UK - 1-2 working days

Europe - 5-7 working days
USA  - 8-9 working days
Rest of world - 9-10 working days

FREE LOCAL PICK UP 

This option is available at checkout, and pick up is from our SOHO shop located at 34 Great Windmill Street, London W1D 7LR

You will receive an email from us when your order is ready for pick up. Item needs to be picked up within 7 days.  

TAXES 

Alta Store is not liable for any import taxes for international orders. 

RETURNS

For ONLINE orders we can accept returns within 10 working days. The item needs to be in perfect condition and able to re-sell. Please bear in mind that all of our designers are independent brands, please choose carefully when ordering online. Some pieces are one of a kind and may not be available to buy again.
